Getting Started
Welcome! This guide will help you get started with using our platform and it will be updated as we add new features. If you have any questions, please contact us.
Upon receiving the email containing the link to activate your account, clicking the link will direct you to the following page:
Here, you will need to complete all the required fields, including your first name, last name, country, preferred language, and password. Please ensure you choose a strong password with a minimum of six characters.
Once you have filled out the form and submitted it, you will see a confirmation message indicating that your account is now active:
Account activated successfully
You can then proceed to the login page to access your account.
Forgot your password?
On the left side of the screen, you will find a sidebar containing the modules available in the private area, including Licenses, Issues, and Employee Management (if you are the owner or administrator of a company):
- Licenses
- Issues
Administration Area
- Employees
At the top of the screen, the name of your company will be displayed. If you are an individual user, your name will appear instead:
At the bottom of the screen, there are three options:
- Language: Allows you to select your preferred language, either Spanish or English:
- Profile: Displays your name and email address, along with options to access the Profile section, edit your information, or manage active sessions:
